As a Realtor How can I work with an investor who is buying property on the auction sites and make a commission?  Do the sites offer a commission to an agent for bringing the buyer or submitting the offer for them?

Usually auction sites have a "Real Estate Agent" login where you as a realtor puts in a bid for the investor/buyer.  Homepath.com, hubzu.com for example have that option.  Unfortunately the investor/buyer is on the hook for paying that commission.  You just have to educate investors that you are the real expert.
