Currently, I am looking for a house for my own living purpose. I am also studying for real estate agent license and mostly will get my license by end of November. Is it a good idea to buy your own home as your first transaction as a real estate agent? Any thoughts?

If you have a license, you would get paid a commission as the buyer's agent, even if you are the buyer.  Passing your real estate exam will not make you a smarter home buyer on your first purchase. Making your first purchase will make you a smarter agent.
