Colorado Country Land Purchase, Water Rights and Turbines
Hey there, I have a couple of questions. Seller wants to sell half of their 160 acres. Would the buyer of the 80 acres of just land have water rights, or how does that work in El Paso County - specifically Calhan? With just land, what other concerns, steps? Also, there are no turbines on the property itself but they lie about half mile from the edge of the property. Negotiating room/legal concerns on that? Thanks in advance.
