Let's start a discussion around which Midwestern cities do you guys like to invest in or would like to invest in? and why? I think midwestern cities are a bit underrated and personally I'm looking to get into the midwestern market, open to your guys thoughts!  

Many like Detroit, as well as its working class suburbs. I used to live in one myself. There are also Class A areas in the Midwest, with significant appreciation.

I've considered Detroit. I hear a lot of good things about it but I'm having a hard time getting some hard data on how the market would appreciate there - job growth numbers in particular. Do know of any sources I can look at to confirm the good stuff I've been hearing about Detroit.
