there are very definite laws in CA relating to those in foreclosure suggest you understand those before you do anything. Same with Oregon and Washington.
Wholesaling homes in pre foreclosure can be sensitive due to the borrowers circumstances. I suggest proceeding with caution. Also, many times homes in foreclosure are short sales and mortgage servicers don't allow assignable contracts and approval letters are buyer specific.
