What type of insurance coverage?
Was wondering if gurus on the forum can share their preferences for insurance coverage. There is the standard rental insurance. What else do you prefer to get coverage on? What about appliances? What about flood and earthquake insurance? Any thoughts on earthquake insurance in particular?
