I'm in Placer County and am looking to buy a duplex or 4 plex in an area that is basically Sacramento to Medford to Reno. I like Northern Nevada and am wondering if anyone on here has experience investing in Gardnerville. The Reno area is growing and prices are moving up. Is Gardnerville benefiting from the Reno action?
