We are in phrase 2, expansion mode.
We are not 11 or 12 yet.
Per the graph, stage 11 is the year that the unsold inventory is increasing.
However, our current inventory is extremely low and decreasing.
Therefore, we are absolutely not arrive stage 11 yet.
Still have a long way to be the next peak.
House price will continue to go up for at least 5 to 7 years per the graph.
How to read this ? SF SJose are you suggesting a top with hyper supply?
The graph suggest SF, San Jose are in stage 12, phase 3 - increasing inventory.
This is not truth.
SF, San Jose, none of the city in USA Today has increasing inventory.
The graph is wrong.
Today, everywhere, almost all cities in USA are experiencing extremely low inventory.
For the cities with low inventory are still in phase 2 - expansion.
Please find me city where the inventory is increasing, then those city with increasing inventory are in phase 3.
