What does INF% mean when im guessing it has something to do with how i used all the banks money for the entire rental property? Is that a good thing or not i could have used rent money and other sources but have alot of lines of credit from other properties? Any help would be great. Thanks

Yes.... If, in the end, you have $0 in the property, technically your return is infinite.
