Buying home and investment property at the same time
We r looking for a new home and as the same time I got interested in rental properties and really want to start investment soon. We currently own a townhouse with decent equity (300k). Will need mortgages for both. Wonder if the house need to come first and then investment or doesn’t matter? Thanks in advance.
