I am currently renting in Grandview and looking to purchase a house for myself in Gahanna and would like to purchase a rental property in Gahanna shortly thereafter. I really like what the area has to offer and the school district. I am looking for any sort of advice in investing in this area and whether anyone has experience there. I’ve also found it difficult to figure out rental rates for SFRs in Gahanna.

Which part of Gahanna, along N. Hamilton? That area seems to have really grown a lot, and I think there's potential for appreciation.

Sounds like you are on a good track for REI. Gahanna is a good place to check out and if your looking at that type of area, you should check out properties that have Columbus taxes but Gahanna, Westerville, New Albany schools etc.... Good luck with all.
