Short sale offer and terms
Hey guys,
Question, I am trying to buy a short sale property and the seller wants to take my offer which is a lower offer than someone else’s but I am offering better terms specifically I am allowing him to stay in the property for a specific time after closing.
Can he except my lower offer?
