Yes & that is likely the starting bid.
Zillow is notoriously incorrect. I sold a house for $250k and Zillow says it sold for $143k...
How do I go about finding which bank it is? I’m new
It doesn’t matter who the bank is......they won’t sell directly to you and they didn’t really pay just $1k. Auctions go like....”bank is owed $487,624 , and bank will bid up to that amount. Opening bid is $1,000, any bidders?”
@Redion Kadilliu If the home was ever listed on the MLS, you may want to check with a real estate agent for a more accurate sold price. Good luck!
Usually, if you see a transaction for $1,000 it was likely a sale between relatives.
I see. Thanks
Need to search title and determine the recorded sold price It could to father sold son $1K for that matter.
