I am excited to share that I am closing on my first rental property next week. It's a 4 bd 2 ba home. I have a new HVAC system coming in 2 days after closing. I've got a painter repainting interior the week after. I'll have an open house the following Saturday to get some traffic and try to get my tenant in there by July 1.
So, two questions for you to way in on. What do I do next to get my tenant landed? What do I do next to get my next property? I'd love your feedback!

To get a landed tenant you price properly.
Account Closed, any tips on pricing properly?
I'd like to talk with you about your property rental business. And yea, first thing you would have done is determine fair market value for current rentals in your area, simple Google search. I hope you got a fair price. Get back to me are [email protected] when you get a chance.
