Motion to vacate auction sale, Franklin Cty Ohio Paid on 35th day

Hello BP,

I recently won a bid on a property at the Franklin County Sheriff's auction, at this auction you make a downpayment and pay the balance after the confirmation is filed. We have 30 days to pay after the confirmation is filed. In this case I paid on the 35 day. It looks like the Tax Lien holder who filed for foreclosure, is asking the court to vacate the sale because I didn't pay within the 30days... anyone have any suggestions? on how to handle this?
