What amount of time is customary to allow a Buyer to submit a request for a lower price should the property not appraise for its sale price?
The contract I received says 15 days - seems too long.
Seems long to me, but each area has it's own customs. I would think 3 days would be adequate in most situations for them to "crunch their numbers". 15 days is just a time period they can keep it off the market and play stall games.
