Hi all,

Considering purchasing an investment property in Orlando to rent out for short term rentals.

1. Any tips, suggestions, or war stories from members that have done or doing this in the Orlando area?

2.  We are considering the Champions Gate and  Reunion communities. Preference? Or others?

I have 4 in the Disney World area.. Its a bit better than longterm rentals.  Just look at airbnb to get a gauge
