Hello,

Thinking about taking the plunge on buying a house at the courthouse.

Looks like title search is going to be about $100...once I get the title search and find out this is the purchase of the "FIRST in line" loan is there any other gotchas I need to worry about?

  (I am aware of out bid process and $750 or 5% cash deposit)

(I am only concerned strictly from getting the property in my possession...not concerned about house condition, tenants..cash for keys...etc)

Just looking for guidance on actually obtaining the house.
