empty lot costing me money
Hello,
Really looking for some options on what i can do with a lot i purchased for cash to build my family home on.Since the purchase, the city wont allow us to build the style of house on the lot. So we are doing something else .However i cant seem to sell it in todays market and i really want to keep money or something moving I/E trade for other property or ? any ideas?
