Non-recourse loan for Solo 401k investments

My husband and I just bought a 3 unit cash with our solo 401k - we now want to try our hand at BRRRR, but I believe we need a non-recourse loan to get some of our equity out of this first house. Any suggestions on what lenders to look at? Any other advice on this topic?
