My name is Watson, and I have been a BP member for about a year. In that year I have spent some time educating myself on various topics of real estate determining how I want start my investment career. As of now, I am focused on trying to wholesale properties and I feel as if I am ready to make the leap however, there are still questions that make me hesitate to commit. 

Is there any members in the greater Tampa area that wholesales?

Is it possible to wholesale with with no money out of my pocket ethically? 

How does one come up with the most accurate repair estimates?

Should one create a buyers list before even finding a seller?

What was the first step you took to get your first deal?

If this is an avenue you're going to take why not work for a wholesaler and learn how to do it first? It is possible to wholesale with no money out of pocket, but it's also possible to win the lottery. Still probably not a winning strategy.
