I am just starting out on REI? Just want to know how do you guys arrange to fund the first property?

Banks are not dealing with LLC and How do you guys arrange fund to invest in the first property?

I funded the first 3 in my personal name along with my wife, using a conventional conforming lender with 20% to 25% down.

Thanks. So you did not bought the property in the llc? How the asset protection is done if you buy in your name?
