I am a new sales agent with zero experience. I have just been hired to sell my first house, also a friend wants to purchase a multifamily with my assistance. I am nervous as I dont want to make any(major) mistakes. Does anyone have any advice for a Newbie?

@Tosha Gillard The hard part is getting the listing.  Since that part is done you will just have to market the property.  Are you confident that the sales price the seller is asking is inline with what is selling in the market?

Isn't you broker supposed to advise you?
