Here is a synopsis. 

We own a home now. Small amount of equity. We want to move and rent our current home. Current mortgage 1200/month. Rental rates for similar homes 1600-1800 month. We dont have alot of cash on hand but my wife has a 401k with about 60k in it. I do have a LLC formed already and was going to start investing eventually.

Whats the best plan of action in regards to getting the money out of the 401k and do we need or should we have the rental in the llc?
