Can i use the current living tenant as part of additional income?
I did a multi family house hunting and found one just right. Its above my range by $15000 above range. Out of the 3 units there 2 that are occupied and paying rent ($3000 total). If i decide to pick that place can i use the tenants towards my availability of income?
