Hi BP Community!

I am looking to build a team in Orlando, FL in hopes of finding a property that provides with about a 5% ROI. I've been looking for the past week (analyzed almost 30 properties) and was unable to find something that gets me to the 5% mark. Curious to know if anyone here has had any success in investing in Orlando and, if not, the cities that have been successful. Looking forward to hearing from you!
