Investor 50/50 split

So me and a buddy of mine are looking to buy an investment property 50/50. The only catch is whoever has the house in thier name needs to have the total down payment and closing cost in thier bank account. We are trying to figure out a way to transfer our half of the money to each other with out causing a red flag from the lender.
