Buy a home without continuity in work
Hello, I currently work in dental however will be going to school in September. I would like to buy a home however without continuity in work for 2 years in the same field I am wondering if it is possible. If so how is it accomplished. Ideally I want to find a way without a cosigner. I have some investments i use as income as well as I will be working in another industry while in school. Wondering if the continuity in work really matters?
