Newbie Investor Looking for Newark Multifamily

My name is Aaron Johnson and I am a newbie investor currently living in NYC. I am eager to learn and would love to bring value to anyone in anyway possible. I'm also looking to connect with a few boots on the ground in Newark New Jersey. I am looking to start my real journey by purchasing my first property as a live in Multifamily, as NYC is pretty pricey right now.
