I'd like to get some guidance from some of you experienced investors. I have a busy 60-70 hour work week as do many folks on here. I do have an assistant that can help me throughout the day, what kind of tasks can i delegate for her to complete to make my hunt for deals easier ?

Are you planning on marketing and acquiring the deals yourself or are you planning to purchase MLS or turn-key?
If you are looking to do your own marketing, I would have your assistant write and mail the marketing letters and answer any incoming calls for you. I would probably try to narrow down the properties/area that you want to target, but after that you can let your assistant do most of the work. Once you get some interest from the home owners then you can analyze the deal and negotiate it.
