Anyone currently investing in North bay Ontario Area?

Hi Everyone, 

I will start off by introducing my self- my name is Ryan Cook and I am a Real Estate agent working primarily within the  Downtown Core of Toronto. 

I have always had a passion for real estate and I am looking to expand my network within investments. I'd like to firstly focus on buy and holds and possibly student Rentals. As i'm sure a lot of you know, it is getting harder and harder to find cash flowing units within the GTA. My family is originally from northern Ontario and I am very familiar with the area, which is why I've begun exploring this market. 

I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone is having success with this in the area.
