Would like to get into house hacking. What are my first steps?

1. Learn. There's a ton of info here on BP.
2. Define. What are your strategy and property type?
3. Finance. Get pre-qualified for a mortgage and make sure you have enough cash for the DP and other up-front costs.
4. Search. Get a great agent and start looking at properties.
5. Execute. Make offers and one will sort out.
