Are each one of your rentals in seperate LLC's or do you have all of them under the same one?
Mine are all under one, but most of mine are near fully leveraged. If I became concerned about my exposure I'd buy an umbrella policy.
If I had most expensive properties such as medium or larger multifamily properties then I would probably have each in its own LLC.
There is more than 1 valid approach to managing the risks. Understanding what the risks are and what the options are is more important in my opinion.
