Should I wholesale this property
I am new to real estate with only owning two rental properties. I have a family member who will be receiving a job transfer by January. He wants 415k-430k for his property. It’s pretty much turn key with very little to no work to be done. I have ran the comps and there are other properties that have sold for around the same price.
Is there an opportunity here? Wholesale it? Anything? If there is something else how could I go about doing it?
