Hey guys! What type of strategies work best for your investment properties? What type of investment strategies do you recommend?

What kind of investment are you trying to get into?  Not all investments are created equal, and as such not all strategies will apply :) Only thing synonymous among all is to make turn a profit.  

I prefer buy and hold. They will pay you until the day you die or sell. Look at them as "cows". You can milk them over and over:)

@Sarah Brown well mainly I was just wondering what type of strategy most people use rather if it is Brrr or something like turn key or even something like renovations.

@Sarah Brown For me I’m trying to figure out which options people have had the most success in so I can explore those options if that makes since!!

@Brett Mason The most successful investors I know diversify!  However, I would agree that buy and holds are great starting point.  Less upfront investment and an on-going source of income indefinitely until you make it stop (as long as you manage it correctly)
