Hello Bigger Pockets Community. What if you could get this property for 315K would you buy?
What are your thoughts? Deal or no deal?
On the face not terrible for SAC but they look rough from the outside and they could have unpermitted additions, without interior repairs necessary you really can't say.
@ Aaron. Thanks for the response. To me the property seems overpriced at 335 even at 315 since its a small lot, small houses and the houses need repair
@Konstantin Morar it probably is and I'm going off of very rough rent estimates and rates of return in my area, (which is similar but not an exact match). It isn't something I'd buy due to size and condition, as well as the possibility of poorly constructed additions. However from a rate of return perspective assuming these things would go for $1200 or so it isn't terrible for CA.
