looking for suggestions on partnering on homes I already own
I recently attended a syndication event, and started thinking about syndicating homes I already own and manage. I think it would be easier to use a partnership agreement, and sell a portion of a home I own, as opposed to syndicating. It seems like a great way to get cash out of the house (since I can't do a cash out refi) while still owning a percentage of the house. My goal is to get money out of the homes, and continue in the same fashion with more homes. Partnering on homes I already own also keeps me from having to get the partners qualified with the local bank I use for loans. Any suggestions on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
