Low appraisal in Central Texas
Hey BP family! I had my first appraisal come back significantly lower than expected and don't agree with many (well any, unfortunately) of the comps used in the appraisal. My agent and I thoroughly reviewed the appraisal and came up with better comps. Do y'all have any recommendations about how to present our findings in an email without coming off the wrong way? Obviously we don't want to offend the appraiser... Thank you!!
