Looking to buy my first investment property soon
I just graduated from college this past year and currently work for a Real Estate Wholesale Group. I do not have much debt and have little to no financial obligations besides paying rent and the small amount I have in loans. By the end of this year, I would like to purchase my first property. I am just currently unsure if I would like to flip or BRRRR my first property. I am in this for the long run, and would like to buy as many properties as I can year over year. Thank you for the help!
