Looking for Transactional Lender / Hard Money Lender

Looking for a good transactional lender for a double close or Hard money lender for acquisition. Originally planned to purchase this deal cash - another deal came along, before this deal entered into contract. So here I am. Have 7 days inspection 30 days to close and 5k EMD in escrow.
