Trying to buy directly from distress home owner
Hi, I’m originally from University place, Washington but currently living in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. My husband and I currently own 2 rental properties in Washington. I found a great house on auction coming up in September. We got the title search done and it seems to be a great deal on paper. Any words of advice? We are not sure where to go from here. Should we contact the owner or should we wait till the auction.
