Hello all. I am transferring to the Seattle area for navy work next spring. I was wondering where are good areas to invest in, best realtors, mortgage brokers, and insurance agents. In addition, I heard their are some weird rental rules in Seattle cam I please get some more info on how the rental market works in the Seattle area. My plan is to house hack and use my VA loan. Where is your work located? A lot of military folks end up in the South Sound, around Tacoma, but that depends on where you're stationed / working. Happy to give some recommendations once I know whereabouts your're looking!
