Houston area Airbnb rental arbitrage

Hello BP,

I am looking to lease a +3 bedroom+1bath  house or apartment in or near the Houston area. This will be my first AirBnB rental arbitrage business. I have not had any luck with landlords or realtors so far but I have mentioned that they can get profit sharing , build up their equity if I pay a little bit more for their lease and airbnb has a $1,000,000 liabiliy insurance policy. To sort the deal.Has anyone been successful here in the houston area or else where?
