Hello all,

I put a contract on a property in March. This particular property was a contract assignment through a local wholesaler. Contract was accepted

Everything was going smooth until the virus came and everything shut down. (Courts) which put a stand still on the process. My agent has called the courts to see where the property stands and the court is waiting on the foreclosure attorney. Agent has sent multiple emails, calls, etc etc with very little response. We finally received a email back saying they can’t do anything because theres a eviction hold in Maryland. (House is 100% vacant) orginal Owners have moved to Florida and are long gone.

We told them that the house is vacant and even followed with a video from outside in, showing a vacant house.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get these attorneys moving on my deal?

It’s going on 8 months waiting to close and I’m paying interest on this foreclosure property.

Thanks in advance

Brett
