First time investor: Wanting to buy a house listed on HUD homestore. Just checked zoning as it is on a busy street and house is listed in a business zone. There was another house adjacent to property in question currently with occupants that is also zoned commercial. Will it be possible to purchase to rent for residential use?

Obviously, I have no idea what the zoning is for this particular property
