I am considering a portfolio purchase through roofstock (sight unseen of course) and am curious if anyone has any experience they could share. Obviously the numbers will have to make sense, but is the company as good as they claim to be in regards to providing investors with turn-key, already rented and professionally managed properties? Additionally, were there hick-ups in the purchase process? Roofstock claims to make the home buying process streamlined by removing agents, making it more of a commercial sale. 

I cannot find any recent posts about this and am surprised, so if anyone knows of one I would love to be pointed in the right direction there too.

Need to do a Roofstock search.  Someone did one about a month ago saying it was great, but also sounding like a marketing cut-n-paste deal.  I'd be curious also.
