Where to find cash buyers...

My family and I are relocating to an entirely new city and state(Montrose, CO). I have done some research and as far as I can tell, there is no REIA within five hours of where we are going. I am new to wholesaling and am wanting advice as to where I can find cash buyers for my new area. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Gary, I suggest finding them at the courthouse, purchases with no mortgage.

Over 1600 threads/blogs on it here, here is one of them:

:)

Talk to the owners of the local real estate companies, title companies, and ask bank officers. Montrose is a small community. The cash buying investors will be known.

That's a great point. Thank you. I'm good friends with the owner of Re/Max out there. I bet he would be a great resource! I appreciate the help brainstorming!
