Where to find cash buyers...
My family and I are relocating to an entirely new city and state(Montrose, CO). I have done some research and as far as I can tell, there is no REIA within five hours of where we are going. I am new to wholesaling and am wanting advice as to where I can find cash buyers for my new area. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
