Hello, this post for investors interested in tax lien and deed investment. I have several New Jersey tax lien certificates  in foreclosure process, which i want to sell-assign to somebody, who want to finish and make profit, because i bought a condo and ready to move to different state. The redemption periods are over a while,  and first quarter subs for 2021 are  paid. Anybody interested to take over send a message  thanks Julia
