Hello everyone! This will be my first post.
I am a manufacturing professional in the Memphis metro area but live in Northeast Arkansas. I have been working towards acquiring a business for about 5 years, I am supposed to have a conference call tomorrow about a nice company. If that goes well and my manufacturing investors like it I may have my first deal there. Though, I have always kept in touch with real estate. I bought a property 4 years ago on 100% seller financing and made a small profit. It was a unicorn. I haven't touch the business since.
Today, I was sent some information about an individual wanting to sell their portfolio.
Here is a snap shot:
18 unit complex, 12 unit complex, 6 unit apartments, duplex, 4 plex, duplex, duplex, as well as 7 houses. I will post some numbers when I get a chance. I will be researching the site to learn some strategies, pick some brains, and see where the journey goes. Currently, an investment group is interested but never know where that will go.

Hey @Tony Whitaker Jr That actually sounds like a good sized portfolio. Does the entire portfolio need to be purchased or are you able to buy individual properties within it? You mentioned having an interested invetment group. How would you fit into putting this deal together for that group? Would you JV with them in some way?
@Jason Shackleton I don’t have an investment group. An investment group is interested in the properties separate from me. Yes, everything can be sold separately. I don’t have investors at this point as I just started but hopefully I will as the goes along.

Received a kind of basic overview of what’s available with addresses and such. Still haven’t received any other documents I requested. I plan to drive to the area and drive by the properties. I’ll let you know what I see.
