Good Evening. I am a real estate agent looking to take the plunge into investing with a multi family value add for long term equity growth. I am looking to structure a deal with an investor/partner that will allow for the DP funds. Any advice on how a deal may be structured that is good for both parties and will allow for repayment of funds to the investor?
